The new Norad’s Programme for Master Studies (NOMA) aims to contribute to the education of staff in all sectors in countries that are Norway’s main partners in development co-operation.
The contents and target group of the programme have been ammended from 2006, and does not include Indian applicants. However, applicants from India who would like to study in Norway, may apply to institutions of higher learning in Norway through the ‘Quota Programme’.
The Quota Programme is being promoted by The Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Higher Education (SIU), which is a public Norwegian agency that promotes international cooperation in education and research. Applications to be forwarded through SIU.
