They discussed the immense hydropower potential of North Eastern states to attract the Norwegian expertise and investment in this sector in their region. They also met Mr. Robin Martin Kåss, Deputy Minister, Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. They also attended the presentations made by Norwegian companies like S N Power, Nordpool, Norconsult and Rainpower during their visit to Nordpool and INTPOW (The Norwegian Renewable Energy Partners).
India better placed than America
Innovation Norway was associated with Sweco and INTPOW in planning and coordinating the visit of ministers. Innovation Norway hosted a dinner for the delegation on 10th June at its office in Oslo.
Mr. Per Reinboth, Mr. Egil Hagen and Mr. Asheesh Agarwal were there from Innovation Norway’s side.
