A bilateral seminar between the Norwegian Tunneling Society and Indian Institute of Bridge Engineers was held at the headquarters, Directorate General Border Roads, New Delhi on September 18, 2008. In her welcome speech at the inaugural session, H. E. Norwegian Ambassador in India Ms. Ann Ollestad, deliberated on the Norwegian tunneling expertise and emphasized on the Indo-Norwegian cooperation in this area for mutual benefit.
