Innovation Norway, New Delhi in collaboration with The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Mumbai and the Norwegian Seafood Export Council, Norway organised a successful Norwegian Seafood Festival titled ‘THE VIKING’S CATCH’ at IHM from 28th February till 2nd march in Mumbai.
28/03/2008 :: The objective was to showcase authentic Norwegian cuisine in particular Norwegian Salmon. The students of the final year of IHM conceptualized, created and executed this event to near perfection.
In total approx 450 persons enjoyed the delicacies prepared mainly from Norwegian Salmon and other seafood.
The Norwegian evening on 29th February was reserved for the guest of the embassy and consulate, Norwegian companies, Norwegian expats, chefs of leading hotels, food professionals, food writers and critics.
The event was well attended and was sponsored by Innovation Norway.
